Today’s song for our Thanksgiving countdown playlist comes from Five-time Grammy-Award winning singer-songwriter and 2012 Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame inductee Mary Chapin Carpenter. Over the course of her career Carpenter has sold over 13 million records. She’s the real deal, and this song is a beautiful tribute to Thanksgiving! It is found on her holiday album “Come Darkness, Come Light: Twelve Songs of Christmas“.
