Wednesday beginning of week 6

Today is the first day of week 6 of my journey to a healthier me.

My pain levels are still down, my energy levels are still up!

My rashes are still continuing to get better. The ones on my legs are close to being gone!

I am including pics today. Two from my workout at the gym. One of my lunch and one of a great snack that Sandwich Control turned me onto!
